Team Coaching is a powerful development intervention that brings individuals together to develop their awareness, skills and learning as a team, helping them learn how to become more efficient, effective and focused in reaching agreed upon performance objectives. 

Teams we work with 

 leadership teams, new teams and teams who have been working together for years.                                                       

  AWCCT provides training that fosters learning, growth and development with the goal of building skills and competency.  We believe that it important for our participants to what we call here at AWCCT A&A. Apply and Act.  The learning has to be applied and the participant has to take action within their work environment this results in the sustaining of the training and in improved  performance, higher productivity.  We ask our participants to translate learning to those they work the closet with. At the end of training, the individual may be able to do the job, but may not achieve the required standard at all times. Training can be formal (e.g. training courses) or informal (on-the-job). 

All trainings feature hands-on activities, experiential learning opportunities, interactive dialogue. Participants will learn frameworks that can be applied in multiple work situations. Skill based learning on topics such as strategic thinking, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication skills, team building.
